Tammy Z. Foster, P.E.Tammy has engineering experience working both as a construction site engineer and as a design engineer in a consulting environment.
Tammy graduated from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. She began her career working for Al Johnson Construction Company in Winfield, WV as an assistant office engineer building the Winfield Lock and Dam Project for the Army Corp. of Engineers, Huntington District. Wanting to return to her home state, she came to Lansing, MI in 1997 to work for a local consulting firm. She worked there for 12 years as a design engineer. In October of 2009 she founded Ziemnick Foster Engineering, LLC. Tammy is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan. |
James W. Foster, P.E.Jim has formed strong client relationships while working on municipal, private section, county drain and university clients. He designed the first roundabout installed in the Lansing area on the campus of Michigan State University at Shaw Lane and Bogue Street.
Jim is a graduate of Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Born and raised in Grand Ledge, MI, he wanted to remain in the area after graduating from college so took a job with a Lansing area consulting firm. He joined ZFE as a civil engineer in late 2009. Jim is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan.
